I was a little confused with the instructions. But next time I will use more spices for even better flavor. I coated the macaroni with butter, which the recipe doesn't call for. It turned out pretty well, my family enjoyed it. The recommended rigatoni is more my speed. Turns out the reason I don't like other mac and cheeses, is because most people use elbow macaroni and too much cheddar cheese, plus I'm not a fan of cheesy foods.

You won't believe this, ' I hate mac and cheese ' but after trying Dave Poe's several times, I've come to like it.
